Our Albariño was fermented cold in stainless steel and treated with every care to bring a pure expression of the fruit. After fermentation the wine was kept cool and allowed to clarify on its own. Bottled after gracing our cellar for only three months, we were able to capture the essence of our vineyard with minimal intervention. This inspired wine was crafted to showcase its beautiful fruit, subtle salinity, and mouthwatering acidity that will keep you wanting more! Our 2018 Albariño placed in the top three wines and our 2016 vintage earned Best White Wine in PA at the PA Sommelier Judgement Day competition.
