The 2020 vintage of grüner goes back to its bright, zesty roots! For the first time since 2017 we barrel fermented the wine in a blend of neutral and almost-neutral barrels. Five strains of yeast were used to bring out different facets of aroma and flavor.
This wine is well balanced and goes well with most foods. We recommend you try it with fresh cheeses or fried foods. It's also a delight with spciy Asian dishes!
